My wife and I moved to Ventura County 30 years ago and quickly built both our careers and our lives here. She began working for Buenaventura Medical Clinic, and I started with Chart House Restaurants. In 1996, we became personally involved in buying and selling real estate, which sparked a passion that has grown into a lifelong career. I have spent my professional life in two industries: restaurants and real estate. Both taught me invaluable lessons about service, communication, and the importance of building lasting relationships.
