I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Jackie! She deserves 10. I had been on the market for several months with a different agent, and it was not working out after I had submitted several bids for a condo. A friend recommended Jackie to me, and after I talked with her a few times I never looked back. Jackie paid a lot of attention to what I liked and didn't like, and developed a keen sense of properties that would work for me. She sent me to several different properties, and soon enough I found one that I really liked. Even after I had entered into a contract, problems arose with the sellers, and Jackie took care of everything swimmingly. She made the whole experience as stress free as possible. I could count on Jackie any time I was busy to either handle things herself, or if we needed to talk or meet, that she could be flexible. In the end, I got the property I wanted and was extremely pleased with Jackie and how everything worked out. After having a bad experience with a real estate agent, I am so fortunate that I came across Jackie, who is exceptional. She is friendly, funny, and caring, and will develop a personal relationship with you instead of viewing you simply as a client. I give my highest recommendations!

Jackie helped us buying our first home in 2014. Taking our first dip into the dangerous waters of the San Francisco Bay Area real estate market was a daunting proposition; we were fortunate enough to find an incredibly capable, talented and committed guide in Jackie. As first time buyers, Jackie was amazingly patient in explaining how things works, both technically and culturally, leading us through several months of searching and offers before landing us our perfect first home. Jackie is a true partner to a prospective buyer. She lined up place after place for us to see and helped us triage effectively. She was quickly able to pinpoint the specific things that we wanted, and helped us find places that pressed those particular buttons. She helped us filter out apartments that were not suitable, and when our eyes become too round, reined us back in. When offer time came, every offer was perfectly prepped, delivered, and followed up. Her extensive network within the city's real estate market was a tremendous help in getting the full story and context on each unit.In terms of key traits, Jackie's responsiveness is second-to-none, and she possesses the rare ability (these days) to effectively manage her communications properly. If she's with you - she's with you, and you have the full focus of her attention. If she's tied up - she calls back, without fail. This makes an enormous difference in the stressful world of real estate. At the end of our search, Jackie found us the ideal first home, and drove the deal to completeness with a calm yet driving force. No box was left unchecked, and every minor piece of paperwork taken care of. We were fully briefed prepped ahead of every major event in the process. With the sale complete, Jackie kept in touch. Her extensive network has been useful several times with recommendations for contractors, each recommendation working out extremely well. She has become our friend, and if proof was required, was invited to our wedding earlier this year. In summary; buying real estate in this city is tough. I could not recommend a better partner, and wish you as positive an experience and outcome as we had.

She is amazing! Very happy to have sold our house with her. Positive and energetic, but without overdoing it. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and great sense of humor! But what really made her the best ever is how supportive and helpful she has been, especially when I panicked two days before the open house: she came over right away to assess the situation, and then came back the next day to help me out, including tidying up and moving furniture :) I highly recommend her!
