He answered all our questions swiftly and any concerns we had were addressed and ironed out immediately. Jacob is an amazing RE agent; he also LOVES people (once you meet him you will understand), he was amazing talking and working with everybody! If you want a real estate experience that will flow effortlessly, Jacob is your man !!

Jacob was amazing. He knew our time frame and made sure everything was done within it. He went above and beyond and was always available to answer any question and make sure that we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Jacob is very professional and friendly and knows his stuff! I would recommend him over and over.

What a spectacular Real estate agent! This gentleman went above & beyond to help us find our first home. We were not an easy couple to please & we were looking for the great white buffalo. Because of our strange demands we encountered every possible glitch but Jacob enjoyed the challenge & we ended up finding a great deal even in a sellers market. In less than one year our the value of our home has generated enough equity to make this huge purchase a win for us. His pleasant demeanor and witty charm remained consistent throughout the hunt & even though we fought about every detail he never gave up & somehow managed to make us both feel like we were getting what we each wanted even though we couldn't agree on anything. Jacob is an EXCELLENT real estate agent that I cannot recommend more! We listed my grandmothers home in late January 2020, quickly had multiple competing offers, and went into escrow within 30 days!
