My experience with Jacob was top notch! This is my first experience purchasing a home and I was extremely nervous and on edge the whole time but with Jacob's knowledge and experience he guided me through and was an extremely smooth process with his guidance!

Jacob was great! He was always willing to make time for us, and we never felt pressured into explaining why we didnt like a house. He was a pleasure to work with. He even came to see us after we moved in and we were sad to see him go, we will definitely be contacting him if we ever need a real estate agent again.

Jacob was very helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the process of finding and purchasing our first home. We originally had thought about buying land and building a house. Jacob was able to explain in great detail what that process would be like and what costs to expect. In the end we went a different direction. Jacob has the necessary knowledge to know what a house is worth in what area and helped us decide on a fair price. He helped us to negotiate to that price. Jacob was also very responsive. He answered the phone right away whenever I called or texted and made himself available very quickly to meet either same day or next day. We felt very comfortable with him as our agent and would absolutely recommend working with him!

Our home purchase involved some challenging aspects and Jacob was terrific throughout. He was very generous with his time right through move-in day, including being available both to me and to my daughter who would be living in the home. He gave us accurate info about the process and when the situation was complicated he advised us about the limits of his knowledge. He was friendly, very polite, and smoothly adapted to the concerns of our many (anxious!) family members. I recommend Jacob highly!
