Jacqueline Barber

My Bio Jackie Barber was born in Fall River, Massachusetts and moved to Southington, Connecticut at a very young age. She attended local schools and graduated from Southington High School in 1971. Soon afterward, she attended Wilcox Vocational Technical School in Meriden, Connecticut, where she followed her dream of becoming a hairstylist. She graduated first in her class and took her knowledge to her first job at J. C. Penney Co. in Meriden, and climbed the ladder going from stylist to manager of the styling salon. After 7 years, Jackie left J.C. Penney Co. to pursue an opportunity to open her own salon. She stayed in business for more than 20 years until her move to Jupiter, Florida in 1998.
