Ms. Martin was wonderful! Selling our home was difficult as it was older (1955), very small, and we had not updated it at all. She helped us sell it very quickly, for a fair price, and managed to make it completely stress free for us. Ms. Martin did a lot of extra work (calls, driving, etc.) to keep things on track and make sure everything was done right even though the house wasn't very expensive (she didn't earn a whole lot on it). All this while being friendly and always available for questions. It turned out to be a great experience. Did I mention Ms. Martin was wonderful!
