Jacqueline was a pleasure to work with! As a real estate agent she explained the process of selling a house. She suggested to do some needed improvements before placing the house for sale to obtain the best price possible. She recommended a great electrician who charged us a reasonable price. Jacqueline hired the service of a home staging professional who gave us tips on how to arrange our furniture and improve how our house looked based on our budget. She also hired a professional photographer who was patient and took wonderful clear and bright pictures of our house. The house was listed a Monday and Jacqueline obtained a full asking price offer in 2 days of listing. She went even further and did the open house scheduled for Sunday in case someone was interested in placing a second offer (just in case our first offer fall through). Jacqueline always responded promptly. The closing day, the buyer's realtor and the loan processor complimented her for her diligence during the whole process. If you are looking a hard working, bilingual (spanish/english), responsible, accountable realtor who answers your questions in a timely manner and manage your case professionally, I would highly recommend Jacqueline!

Absolutely everything from initial contact to final sale was beyond expectations. I had spoken to other realtors, trying to sell my house from 600 miles away--just to look at options. When I spoke to Jacqueline Toledo, I had a great feeling that she was "the one" to go with. Flew down to meet her at the house, we went over options, then I flew back to discuss with my wife and we agreed to move forward. Jacqueline coordinated some repairs (all done at a very good price) while scheduling showings--I started getting emails confirm showing appointments about a day and a half after we signed the paperwork. The house was sold very quickly, and for a chunk of change more than we had anticipated. The support team was KW was also awesome, keeping us in continuous update at to the status of things, when paperwork needed to be updated, coordinating an online notary, and so on.
