Contacted Jade via phone and text message. Responded, can't talk now, advised her that the intent was to leave a voicemail only for her to contact me at her earliest convenience. End of day came, not even a return text or call. I go back to the site where the rental home was advertised, updated today stating the home was no longer available for rent and that the listing was there since 12/2019, despite multiple site showing 20 days. I go to her personal site and the home is there listed as pending. Jade was unprofessional because she disregarded me when a 30 second text stating an update was easy to do. Makes me think she heard my voice mail where I stated my name and decided I didn't deserve that much, possibly due to bias! I wouldn't recommend her to anyone, especially someone of color.
