This lady is crazy. She refused to even give me an application. Was discriminating against me as a single mom even after I said I would have someone cosign. When I just barely mentioned my attorney she flipped out at me and hung up on me. I'm disappointed that I won't be able to have the opportunity for a house I really wanted to rent, but it looks like I avoided a lot of crazy BS with this one. I would stay away...

What real estate agent has their office in a warehouse with a garage door? Seems very shady. Trusting my gut instinct, I got the hell out of there.

Jade is not very helpful or professional. She was very rude, and told me that she didn't think that I was qualified in my profession in which I hold three degrees. When I mentioned filing harassment charges after she wouldn't stop texting me, she was even more disrespectful and rude. She also called me more than once when I could not answer, because I was working. When I texted she then didn't understand why I could not talk on the phone. She was very rude, and had very poor communication skills.

Very rude from initial phone call. Extremely unfriendly. Unable to communicate clearly. Indication is she is a top dollar real estate agent but is not very ethical. Complaints on her need to be reported to Missouri Real Estate Commission, Division of Professional Registration.

When it comes to business Jade is the one to get it done , she is a bit of a firecracker at times but that’s what you need when you’re doing big deals
