We've purchased two homes from Jaden (one this year and one last year). There is no way we could have done it without Jaden's assistance in every aspect - the search, connecting us with our mortgage broker, the walk through, closing, etc. We were new to this and didn't even know where to start. With the purchase of our second home, we happened to be out of town when we saw it listed. We immediately fell in love from the pictures on our phone, but were worried about not being able to put an offer on it since we weren't in town and able to see it. After a FaceTime walk through followed by a midnight showing on the night we flew back in, we didn't miss out on the opportunity and won the offer. As a first time home buyer I peppered Jaden with questions and he took my complete lack of real estate knowledge in stride, patiently answering me honestly and candidly. He is very easy going and a complete joy to drive around with as he pointed out the unique or up and coming areas of Denver. You can tell hes passionate about this city! When I fell in love with terrible homes due to deceptive online ads he was supportive but explained potential points of concern; when we went to check them out he was always right. I quickly came to trust his instincts. He was consistently available whenever I would shoot him a text, more than once we toured homes only a few hours after I first saw the listing. With Denver being such a competitive market this kind of availability was crucial for me. When he sent me a link to my dream home it almost immediately fell under contract, he insisted we check it out anyway as he was convinced it was the one for me. As soon as I walked in the door I knew it was my dream home! We put in an offer that night and he kept in constant communication with the selling agent, making improvements to my offer that in the 11th hour ended up winning the deal! He happily bent over backwards for me throughout the whole process, set me up with an excellent mortgage company, sorted all of my inspections and provided me with a wealth of real estate knowledge without ever pressuring me to make an offer on a home that wasnt perfect for me. He contacted whoever he needed to just to ensure my dates lined up perfectly for me. I kept hearing that buying a home would be one of the most stressful times in my life but I am pleased to say that was not the case at all! Jaden not only brings professional real estate experience to the table, but also compassion, commitment to detail, and other intangibles beyond what is expected.

We recently purchased a newly constructed home from a builder in Stapleton. We had already picked out the floor plan and lot that we liked and we weren't really sure that we even needed a realtor at that point but we got a hold of Jaden and couldn't be more happy that we did. This is our first home so we really didn't know what to expect at all. Jaden helped let us know what areas we could negotiate in the contract, what to expect throughout the contract/building/closing periods, and was available to be with us for all of our meetings. He made us feel much more comfortable since he could assure us that nothing in the contract was out of line and that we weren't getting taken advantage of. He helped negotiate out of a few unnecessary fees too. Probably most helpful was his open communication. If we ever had a question we could text or email him and he'd quickly respond with an answer. If the seller was taking too long to answer our questions Jaden would help expedite the conversation as well. We highly recommend Jaden to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Jaden is the example of a new generation of realtor! Not only does he know the neighborhoods, but he does his research and comes up with creative ways to attract the right buyers. My husband and I had our loft in LoDo listed for 7 months with two other realtors. Frustrated with the experience, we took it off the market and decided to wait a while before trying to sell again. A few months later, we had our son and thats when we knew we had to do something as loft living in the city wasnt an ideal place to raise our child. Jaden had remained in contact with us (he was one of the realtors from a showing we had from our first attempt to sell) and we were impressed with his persistence. We decided to list with him and long story short, had a full price offer in three weeks!Not only did he get this deal done for us, but he also got us our dream home that was under construction when we found it. Im an interior designer, so it was important to me to find a home that I could make our own, but we didnt want to start building from scratch either since we were new parents.
