If I could give this realtor a million stars, I would. He was an absolute PLEASURE to work with. He was always prompt, respectful, and always did his due diligence. I had a long list of things I wanted and a minimal budget with plenty of restrictions and he still found me and my fianc the perfect space that met every single demand. He was so incredibly kind to us and always honest and up front. I will recommend him to absolutely everyone who needs a realtor. In the process of buying our first home we gained a real friend. Nothing better than that.

I didnt know Jaime prior to receiving a call back from him after I requested more information on a property I was interested in. Long story short (details to follow) I now consider Jaime a great friend. After beginning to work with Jaime, my wife and I were able to narrow down a solid budget we were comfortable spending, which we previously had a ton of issues with because we arent from Florida, and taxes, insurance, and other local costs were unknown prior to Jaimes assistance. Jaime probably sent us about 50-75 houses that met our criteria, some well below budget, others a little over. When we decided to go tour some homes, my wife and I sent him the list of properties we wanted to see. He scheduled all the showings and added a house we hadnt listed. When we asked home why were going to see that one when we didnt ask, he said just trust me on this one. I told him that it was a dream house, but over budget, so I didnt want to tempt myself to go over budget. Again, Jaime just said trust me, brother... lets just take a look.As expected, we fell in love with the house, and after Jaimes masterful negotiation tactics, we closed over $45,000 under the asking price, which was well within our budget. We now own and live in our dream home, and I couldnt be happier with the service provided by Jaime and would recommend (and have recommended) him to any person looking for a home. Not only is Jaime a brother from the Marine Corps, but now a great friend as well. Thanks Jaime

This was my first time looking for my own place and I had two realtors to get a feel for the process and Mejia was extremely helpful, I felt very taken care of and like he really understood what I was looking for. He took into consideration my work hours and always gave me a call as soon as I got off of work to discuss any updates/new options. Do not hesitate to contact Mejia!
