We stumbled into Jaime at an open house when we first started looking and hit it off immediately. She quickly went to work for us and found many houses that fit our desired criteria. Jaime was very fun and laid back to work with and very patient as we looked at houses in many areas. She was there for us every step of the way with great knowledge and advice. I would highly recommend Jaime to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Our friends who used her (on our recommendation) were also very satisfied when selling their home and buying another.

We have purchased two investment homes through Jaime in the past year. She responds quickly when we ask to view a listing. She has taken the time to show us many homes over the past year and a half. When we have been ready to make an offer, she is able to draw up the paperwork and have it ready to sign quickly. She has helped us negotiate very good prices and terms and we will continue to use her services in the future.

Jaime was professional , thorough and very calm. She handled what turned out to be a more complicated sale than we anticipated recommending sub contractors who were efficient and reasonable. In addition she followed up with secondary suppliers, making sure that she tracked the progress of their work.She kept us apprised on all aspects of the work and supplied necessary paperwork along the way. She is fair and honest willing to go the extra distance to ensure that her clients are satisfied.

Jaime is hands down the best. She is super communicative and very knowledgeable about the local market. It was scary buying a house by myself for the first time, but Jaime helped me through the process and answered all my thousands of questions. She was understanding and patient, and goes above and beyond for her clients. She never stopped working to help me get everything I needed, even up to the very last minute of the purchase. I can not recommend her highly enough, she is absolutely fantastic.

Jaime rocks! I found a house within two weeks of working with Jaime. She took me to every house I wanted to see, and took me to some that she thought I would like, which I did. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the area and she steered me in the right direction as far as "up and coming" areas where I could find good deals. When I put the offer in on my house, Jaime was certain that we could get it for a good price, and I did! I am so thankful for her city knowledge and negotiation skills. From the first time we met with Jaime, we knew she would be a great agent for us. She was very real with us the entire time: never trying to paint the market conditions of 2022 as too dismal or too perfect. Throughout the entire home search process, she was easy to get a hold of and schedule showings. We appreciated her skill and attention to detail as we toured houses. Not only would she show us the house, but she paid attention to the small things buyers may not noticehow good of a roof does it have, presence/absence of a linen closet, etc. She also coached us through how to examine the water heater and furnace and see how new they were and taught us about the average life expectancy of both. After we were done looking at a house, shed get both of our opinions before giving her opinion of the house. We always valued her opinion since we knew she had our best interests in mind and wanted to make sure we were happy with our home. Overall, working with Jaime was a great experience and we'd work with her again in a heartbeat.
