We could not have asked for a better realtor than Jake to find us our first home. We asked to see A LOT of houses and he worked hard to schedule the viewings and then find the time between him and his partner to take us to see all those houses. Being a retired real estate broker, I now have to use a realtor two locate each of my new investment properties. I selected Jake scheloske after using several other Realtors because he listened to what I was asking for and he found them fast. When I need info on a property all I had to do is text him and I generally had it within minutes. He's a workhorse! Never pushy just found me the properties I wanted even after having him run all over town with me looking at 100's of properties, he hung in there until we found one I wanted. Since than my son now buys properties from him and several of my investor friends. When I sold real-estate I thought I worked hard! He's a real animal when it comes to working for someone... TRULY IMPRESSED BY HIS WORK ETHICS! Would have never thought a young guy like him would be on top of things like he is. IMPRESSED! Highly recommend.

Jake is a very hard worker and his customer service is exceptional! We always felt that Jake had our best interests in mind and he was always available for anything we needed as we sold our home. Hands down Best in Town. - Jake is the most helpful and professional Real Estate agent in the city of Erie. When I was searching for a home in the City he showed me tons of homes until I was happy and made the whole process so easy for me.

Jake was awesome and made the home selling process easy and seamless. Particularly, Jake was very knowledgeable throughout the process, knew the price point to use to sell the home in the neighborhood, used new and emerging technology (including dollhouse view and drone imagery) to attract prospective buyers. Jake was the original agent through whom I purchased the home. He found exactly what I needed. Due to job relocation I turned to Jake only 15 months later to sell the same home. Jake provided advice on points of improvement that would make the property more enticing, which I followed. He also had a back up marketing plan in the event the property was on the market for an extended period...it wasn't!
