Jim was nothing short of excellent. He's highly knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with, answering all our questions and working with my wife and I to secure our first home. At no point did we feel overwhelmed by the process or by Jim or any of the parties he recommended to us, all of which were top notch and very easy to work with. All in all, whether you're buying or selling, I'd highly recommend Jim.

My wife and I greatly appreciated Jim serving as our agent. There were several things we appreciated about him. First, he was very patient and helpful through the whole process. He either answered the phone when we called or responded soon after. He was never too busy to answer our questions, even if they were relatively unimportant. Second, we felt like he went to bat for us. When there were a few problems with our inspection he had a plan for how we would approach it, making it easy for us to sit back and let him work for us. The issues were resolved well and in a timely manner thanks to his efforts on our behalf. Third, Jim's personality makes him extremely easy to work with. He is very kind and sees it as his responsibility to walk you through the process in a way that you feel most comfortable. By the time you have finished working with Jim you feel like you have gained a new friend. Even after we have finished purchasing our home Jim followed up on several occasions to see how things were going. In summary we would not want to work with anyone else. Jim is a true professional.

He made buying a home fun! He knew alot of stuff that we wouldn't of known,he has checked in on us,even though he doesn't have too,2 months after the purchase. Thanks to him we were all able to see the eclipse,he brought us glasses,for a home coming gift!! He is amazing!

He has made the prosses of selling our current home and finding/purchasing our new home easy and as stress free as possible. He got us in to look at every house we wanted to see the same day we asked or the very next. He answered any question we had about the homes we looked at and when it came time to sell our condo he even took it upon himself to get documents replaced that we needed from the condo association. If your looking for an amazing realtor who is kind, knoldegable and hard working then he's your guy.
