- James and I connected, but did no business
I was working with a realtor on the James Bandy Group team and when I called in to get some assistance from James he was completely rude and uncaring. All I wanted was to go review a property fairly fast to look at the items that the home inspector noted and his response was that it wasn't their jobs to let us in a property and they weren't going to waste their time with me spoken rudely. I then told him I was likely to cancel my contract and he didn't even care as his response was do what you have to do. I would never recommend this guy for any transactions where good customer service is desired.
