- James and I connected, but did no business
Very frustrating (We are the seller, James was not our listing agent). He pushed the buyer to insist on replacing roof, despite inspection report reporting that repair was was minor and under $2000.00 cost. Also, refused to accept independent roofer inspection that included 5 year warranty. The financial impact was out of pocket cost of approximately $7000.00.
