James was professional every step of the way. He is a person of character and integrity. He was the only realtor we interviewed that came prepared with detailed market analysis, information about his company, and details about marketing strategies. He asked questions and listened attentively to what we wanted. He helped us come up with a realistic price (higher than the other three realtors we interviewed) which resulted in multiple showings, multiple offers and a contract in one week. Because we were preparing to move to our new home we had just finished renovating, I told James my brain was on overload and I only wanted him to tell us what we needed to know when we needed to know it. He handled everything! He called and text us regularly with updates. He guided us through the process without inundating us with lengthy emails. He was very helpful in staging the house and getting it ready for showings. He was at our closing, even though he could not go in due to the Coronavirus, waiting in the parking lot in case we had any issues. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND James to anyone selling a home.
