James and his team put alot of time and effort into listing our home.. beautiful brochures, videos including an aerial drone, and professional photos. He worked closely with us on all showings, provided quick follow up with the showing realtor to ensure we were aware of the client interest. I was very reluctant to hire a real estate agent to sell my home. I had decided to try selling it myself and save the money. After a couple weeks I relented and agreed to let James take over. He took photos, a virtual tour (which most realtors don't do, or they charge extra for) and listed the home on Sunday afternoon. Monday we had a showing and that night we had an offer. James and team were a pleasure to work with. My only regret is the 3 months I wasted trying to sell my home by myself. He was always available and always answered my questions before, during and after.

Helped us put in an accepted offer and successful close on the home just in time for the selling and moving of our home in another state. Job well done!
