I have dealt with many agents before and Jimmy is by far one of the best. From the very beginning he communicated to my wife and I that his biggest concern was whatever was in our best interest. He listed our house at a price we all agreed on and within one week it was under contract. He was always flexible and accommodating to our hectic and busy schedules and we never felt rushed or pressured. Coming from Virginia and not knowing anyone or anything about the area, we took a plunge and chose James as our realtor. We had no idea that he would be the best choice for us. I was looking for homes since 2012 and have consulted with 2 other agents since. James Chester has to be the most honest and top performing agent I've been with! I could not tell you how many houses we've looked at until we found the one! He cares about his clients, making calls to check in and making sure I got everything I needed done right! My first home purchase was painless. Walked me through everything I needed to know without me feeling clueless. You don't find many people like James in our society today. He was extremely professional, informative and supportive. We recently had a HUGE change to our lives and needed to purchase a bigger home and then sell ours. Jimmy was there for every step of the process. He helped us locate the house of our dreams!! The interesting part is that we live out of state and had no way of seeing the home we wished to purchase. He met with and showed my whole family the house since they all live around the area. He did everything in his power to allow us to feel like we had seen the house in person through Video chats and Live feeds. It was a smooth process and we could not have been happier once we closed and saw the house in person it was exactly as we had imagined! So then it was time to sell our old home...He worked with us to prepare it for the sell! His hard worked showed when we received Multiple offers and accepted one 3 days after listing. James is the best! We travelled to Georgia from Virginia for a couple of days to meet with realtors to sell our GA property. After meeting with James, we knew he was the one. ames is the an unbelievable agent. There is nothing he would not do. He sold my home in 3 days and found me one I love within the same time period. After that he got me tons of moving boxes and then helped me pack. Then he came with his truck and big trailer and moved tons of stuff to the new house. Then he took care of every little item that came up, called places and cleared the way. There is so much more and even after the closing he is there for me. He is the BEST!!!

We were in a time crunch when we purchased our first home. James was able to meet us on a short notice to find a home. Two days was all it took for him to find us our perfect home. On the first day, over the phone, he wanted to know what cities we were interested in, the size of the home, the school district (we have 3 kids) and any requirements such as if we wanted the master on main, a two story or 1 etc. Day 2 rolled around and every single house he showed we fell in love with and he helped us place an offer on another house, however what sold us on the house we bought was that it was vacant and we were under a time crunch since our landlord decided to sell the house we were living in. James was seamlessly able to get all paperwork started and completed in a timely fashion, answer any and all questions we had during the entire process without giving an impression that we were an annoyance even though I'm sure we were 95% of the time since we were first time home buyers , but he seemed sincerely unannoyed and very cooperative and responsive. He made us calm and collected during the process. From start to finish it took 3 WEEKS!!! There is no other agent we would rather work with.
