Jimmy (James) Chickey

Being a long time friend of mine, at first I was apprehensive about doing business with Jimmy...as most of you know, most friend/family business situations usually end poorly. To my great surprise, it was the best decision I ever made...

Jimmy is the most honest, hard-working, selfless person in the real estate profession I've ever come across. My wife and I came across him via a friend, at a time when we were very frustrated with other real estate agents, who wouldn't (or couldn't) show us the full breadth of homes available.

I never thought it really mattered who the Realtor was that helped to find you a home because they all showed the same homes on the market! That is definitely not true! Jimmy is by far the best Realtor to work with and I can tell you that from first hand experience.

We moved from Forida to Las Vegas / Henderson about 19 months ago. Jimmy was recommended thru a business associate. We flew in several times to look at property and Jimmy made himself availiable each time. He also continued to look at property for us while we were back in Florida and not only sent us the listing but went to each individual property and took video while commenting on anything he thought we should know. We may have been a little difficult but Jimmy continued to look and found us the the great deal and wounderful house we currently call home. He is a very nice guy, detail oriented and knowedgale about the market place. It is always my pleasure to reccomend a capable and concious person and he fits the bill.
