James Cnota

Jim was born in Chicago and was raised in Hoffman Estates. His mothers childhood home is still in the family on the NW side of Chicago where Jim would spend most of his summer. He is a graduate of St. Hubert's School in Hoffman Estates and St. Viator High School in Arlington Heights. Jim attended St. Mary's University in Winona, MN where he received a B.A. in Psychology and Biology and then returned to the University of North Dakota to receive a B.A. in Aeronautics and Statistics. As a child, Jim would occasionally go with his father, a carpenter, to jobs. This began his interest in the real estate industry. Along with interest came curiosity and questions. When Jim found out that his great grandparents purchased and lived for many years in the Lincoln Park area and now that area is one of the hottest areas in the city, it was a done deal.
