James Dickerson

James is my realtor and just helped me close on my first home purchase on 7/28/21! He helped me through every step of the process and followed up continuously with the sellers, my loan officer, and the listing agent to ensure my closing date stayed on track!

This summer my husband and I bought our first home. I believe our home buying process went smoothly because we had James Dickerson as our realtor. At the beginning, we met together to discuss our wants and needs in buying a home. He helped us find houses that were in our price range, and met our wants and needs. James went above and beyond the expectations of a realtor. He put in so much time and effort throughout the process that did not go unnoticed. When we asked questions, he was honest and had our best interest in mind. I could tell that this was his passion, not just a job to James. I could tell that watching us find a home that we loved was so rewarding to him. I would highly recommend using James Dickerson to others- you will be very impressed!

Working with James was such a positive and stress-free experience. He is hands down the most on top of things realtor Ive ever worked with, it was so nice to not have to worry about anything slipping through the cracks, or important deadlines approaching because he was there to remind us and make sure things got done. My husband and I were in-between two very different areas and not really sure where we wanted to be - we were relocating from out of state. We were also in the middle of having a wedding, honeymooning, and selling our current home - stressful time! However James made this part easy. He was very flexible & efficient (as we could only really look at homes one day a week). He took the time to work with us, really understand our wants/needs, weigh our options, and made us feel very comfortable with our final decision. James truly went above and beyond! James was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was on top of everything and very responsive to all communications. Our house sold FAST for well over list price and we were under contract on our dream home immediately thereafter. Contingent sales are logistically complicated and James made sure that both transactions went smoothly. He was working hard behind the scenes to make settlement day as seamless as possible with back to back closings. I highly recommend James for all of your real estate needs!

James Dickerson helped us sell our house we inherited from our Father. He was very patient and efficient having to work with four of us.
