James and I connected, but did no business
Our experience dealing with James Doerfel was very disappointing, we found him to be unethical. We were lead to believe for over 2 months that we were in the first position to buy a distressed property, only to find out the property had been sold to another buyer, who James was also representing. It was obvious that James was using us as a "backup" buyer in case the deal fell through. James never informed us that he was working with another buyer to acquire the same property. Representing 2 buyers and not being honest about it speaks poorly of James character and integrity. We do not recommend his as a realtor

James was very attentive to my questions. He got my paperwork done in a timely fashion. When I have real estate questions he is there to answer them for me. I recommend James.
