You regularly work with people going through this process so I know you're familiar with all the details that have to be sorted out, the forms to be filed, making sure all the numbers add up, etc. For me, this was a first time experience. Without your help at the very beginning, both with the sale of Aunt Dorothy's personal property and then the sale of her house, it would have been much more complicated, time consuming, and stressful. Jim helped us sell our parents home after they required locating closer to us in Georgia. He lived in the Mainlands and was very knowledgeable of the market in that area.
