My wife and I were looking for our forever home for over six months which felt very discouraging until we met James. During the course of our search James was there every step of the way from wanting to see multiple homes and accommodating to our insane schedule up to the final closing day. We were never out of the loop throughout the process and we were always well informed on each step and what we should expect. If we had questions, James was extremely responsive and ready to answer any and all questions we had no matter how little they may be. James made himself really available all hours of the day, I dont know any realtors who are willing to do that for you.During the different phases of signing a contract to closing on the house we ran through some serious and not so serious obstacles that were almost heart breaking at times because we really didnt know if we were going to get the house we wanted. James offered advice and other resources if some of the serious stuff was going to happen, but most of all he worked diligently on not allowing those things to happen. We were told at one point during our signing that we would have to give up even more money then what we could bring to the table, however James was quick to cut even more of what he makes just to help us get into our dream home.James really is a one of a kind realtor, he will always go to war for you and will truly listen to all of your wants and needs to make sure youre getting what you really want.
