Jim was absolutely fantastic in helping us find our home. It took about a year, but he was patient and made sure that we found the house we were looking for. Worked with Jim and his brother Ed. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the area, the condition of the property and the market in general. They were more of a consultant than a seller. They did not hesitate to point out the good and the bad of each house we looked at. Which were many by the way. Once we decided to make an offer we used the team that they recommended for financing and legal and the process went very smooth. Judging by the attitude and apparent lack of knowledge by the sellers realtor we definitely made the right choice with Garry real Estate.

He contacted my mortgage company and found out that they have made a mistake in my escrow. In the end he fixed my problem and now I get to keep my home. The process of buying my first home was made simple and easy by Jim. My girlfriend and I began searching in March and it was not until July that we were able to find a property that met all of our needs and was in a desirable location. We were able to make and offer and have an established contract in less than 48 hours and were able to close without any problems.

It took a year to find a house that matched my needs and James never gave up. We visited a lot of interesting homes along the way and seen some weird stuff but it was a good journey with a home at the end. James always made himself available to see houses per my weird schedule. He is quite knowledgeable on Real Estate beyond just showing a house.
