James Gray

Jim joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1993 after retiring from the Salem Fire Department as Chief Training Office with nearly 29 years of service. Jim owned and operated Gray’s Concrete Service, Inc. for over ten years, where he gained valuable knowledge and expertise in building construction techniques, cost and budgeting factors as well as personnel and site management techniques. For the past 15 years, Jim has specialized in the leasing and sale of industrial properties. His experience and expertise in this field has generated loyalty and strong working relationships with all of his clients. Jim has amassed an extensive inventory of industrial properties throughout the Willamette Valley and the Northwest region which he is constantly expanding and updating.
