James helped me buy a home
James was fantastic going over the process from finding the right property to completion of the closing process. Fantastic experience buying a home. I would not look further than James for my next home.
James helped me buy a home
My brother hired James Hall to represent my brother in a home purchase in San Diego where James was to receive a reduced commission and give a check back to my brother for a portion of the commission. When James received the whole commission from the buyer's agent, instead of giving my brother his portion, he kept the whole commission for himself. When my brother asked for his money, James first ignored his calls and then finally replied and admitted that he owed my brother the money but said he didn't have the money to pay him. My brother received a judgment against James in the Superior Court of California Small Claims division, however James STILL refuses to give my brother his money. Do NOT hire James! He is dishonest and not professional!
