  • James helped me buy a home

My wife and I (newlyweds) bought a home from James. We had concerns after the inspection that one of the two story brick walls had a foundation issue after we had it inspected. James eased our concerns by explaining that the wall was simply a veneer and produced a letter from an engineer explaining the situation. We pushed the subject and James had the owners remedy the issue. However, the last we ever saw of James was during the offer signature. The sellers didn’t remedy the situation and had the mason sign an NDA to cover up the issue. We called James multiple times and we were blown off as another transaction as he was off to the next sale. We are now looking at a flooding sunroom and a wall that is going to cost between 10k-20k. I would not trust James nor would I recommend any agency that employs him.

    • James listed, but didn't sell, my home

Terrible. One giant hassle. He is a fast talker who does a half ass job, is completely lacking in the area of keeping the customer informed. He lists a.home then does nothing. The pictures he posted.of.my house were horrendous, I took better pictures with my phone. When I sent those pictures to him and asked him to replace the ones on the listing, nothing. For a month and a half his crappy pictures stayed on the listing and cost me who knows how.many potential buyers. When he gets a sniff of your dissatisfaction, it only gets worse. Ignored.phone calls and texts become the norm. When I had enough and fired him, he comes to pick up his sign and the lock box and takes my key with him. It took more than a few calls to him and his office to just get my key back! TRUST ME...IF YOU WANT AN AGENT WHO HAS YOUR BEST INTEREST AT HEART, DO NOT USE THIS GUY.

      • James and I connected, but did no business

Was going to buy a property he was listing. Gave false information about the condition of the home and then wouldn’t give needed information to either my agent or the VA appraiser. Wasted a month of my time.

        • James listed and sold my home

My experience with James was very positive. He was very determined to help me in any way in order to sell my home, which was listed with him. I had 5 good prospects (buyers) for my place. The last person interested was the one! James stayed in touch, always. He shared with me all activity at the showing of my place. He would notify me when someone was going to show up and look at it. He knows his work very well. I would recommend him to anyone that needs to sell their property or home. He is worth your time. Thank you, James.

          • James and I connected, but did no business

This sh!tbag thinks it can cold call and threaten people!? Such a looser. It needs to go back to selling used cars or aluminum siding. What a disgrace to it's industry!

            • James listed and sold my home

Jim Hardesty’s experience was put to the test and he exceeded my expectations. My property wasn’t in any condition to sell, but Jim and his son Wesley worked diligently and swiftly to get it across the finish line.
