Selling and buying a home was something I was initially very apprehensive about, however James made the process a smooth one. We sold our family's home and bought our new one with his expertise. From day one he was very straight forward and available whenever we had a concern or question. His market analysis was spot on and the pricing of our home for the market was just as he predicted. He filtered the quality of the offers with us and went above and beyond with any little issue that arose. He also found us a dream home in great condition with a good price. We are extremely happy in our new home and he still checks in to ask us if we are doing well. I have worked in real estate myself years ago, and have had several agents approach us about selling, but hand down James is better prepared than most. If you are looking for someone professional, knowledgeable and prepared to go through every step of the home buying/selling process with success, then he is your guy.

James Hogan is nothing short of exceptional. To start, he made my condo hunt a breeze by sending all new listings that met the criteria I was looking for. He found the time to show me the condos I that peaked my interest within 1-2 days and always gave his expert/honest opinion when needed. Even though I was not the highest bidder on my condo, James reputation and relationship with other agents contributed to my offer being accepted. Both the seller and I had a tight window to close and James was able to fast-track our deal and I closed within 30 days! James was always available to answer questions and guide me along the process.

Bottom line, if it wasnt for James I would not have gotten my dream home. I looked for a home for 4 years with James because I was super picky and whenever I asked to go see a home no matter where it was he would get us in to see it every time. In the process of closing on my house now he went out of his way many times on his own to help make the process move along and go smoothly. Hes extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the home buying and selling process and helped me as a first time homebuyer every step of the way and made it easy. Hes an honest person, if theres something wrong in a house youre looking at hell tell you, he doesnt just want to make a sale, he truly cares about his clients which is hard to find!
