James did an absolutely amazing job representing me when we where looking for our 3rd and final home. I have a slight knowledge of real estate, but leaned heavily on James professional knowledge. He was absolutely incredible and so thorough in his assistance. There were no stupid questions I could ask and he had answers for everything. We looked at a few different properties and ended up submitting an offer on one that had only been on the market a couple of days, because of some of James suggestions. He was so patient and personable. He also was ALWAYS reachable, returning my phone calls, emails, or text messages any time I had a question. I was able to sign the contracts electronically, which I thought was incredibly convenient. He also explained everything within the contracts if I had questions. He had no problem adjusting to meet me when it fit my busy schedule, and I really appreciated that flexibility.However the house had some foundations issues that James was willing to negotiated a better price for it, but I decided that I would not go through another repair job. Since day one James has always been beyond professional. The photos he takes of the house is truly amazing, it shows all the beautiful spots of the house and land. We were impressed with his skills being the middle guy between us (buyers) and the seller. He was always there any time we needed him. He even willing to help us with our move to our new ranch house. We used James in May of 2013 for the sale of our then current home and the eventual purchase of our new home. I was blown away at how great the listing to our house looked. The pictures were above and beyond my expectations and anything I had seen before! Family members who had seen our listing were dazzled by how great the pictures were and how precise and accurate the listing was as a whole. Our house sold very fast and I don't think it would have without those pictures James took the time, effort and money taken to have produced. We looked at TONS of houses (so many I couldn't even tell you the exact number nor could I point them out) and James was always on time and happy to be there! James helped us with pros/cons of each property and made us feel reassured in our purchase. James was always very detailed with his explanations. Whenever we had questions- he always had the answers. James negotiated a very fair price for our new house and got us top dollar for our old house! I could not have imagined our home buying/selling process going any smoother than it did. James was very easy to work with. He was there for me all the way, both selling and buying my new home. The pictures taken were of great quality and showed the home I was selling very nicely, in fact was sold on the first day of listing. All in all I sold and moved to my new home within three weeks. I couldn't have ask for a smoother transaction for both. James also saved me $4000.00 on my new home new construction.

James Hook has been the most attentive and responsive Realtor I have ever used. My wife and I have purchased and sold 3 houses in our 15 year marriage, so I have had the opportunity to use several Realtors. For our fourth purchase, we used Mr. Hook based upon a recommendation.Mr. Hook was the first Realtor I have ever used where I felt that my interests as a buy were being carefully protected and mattered. He continually fought to get the lowest price possible, provided impeccable advice on the best ways to proceed and things to include in offers and counter-offers, and provided solid insight into any issues that arose during our transaction. He always answered my calls and texts in a timely manner, and I never felt unimportant to him. This was in spite of the fact that our home purchase was a down-size and very modest in price compared to the other properties that he usually works with.Mr. Hook, without question, would show us the house as many times as requested, showing up at the agreed time, and always cheerful. Believe me, we saw the house numerous times before and during the contract period. This never phased Mr. Hook.The house we were buying ended up having several undisclosed judgements against it. Upon learning of this, Mr. Hook doggedly pursued the seller's realtor, even though their realtor was unresponsive, failed to timely answer emails, and directly forwarded emails between him and his client to us. Mr. Hook also provided insight into what we needed to do in this situation, what our options were, and what we could expect from the process.I cannot recommend Mr. Hook's services enough. He has been, hands down, the best Realtor we have used, ever. He was the most responsive, the most informative, and the biggest advocate I have ever had in a real estate transaction.

Very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and determinism of James. We tried selling our house multiple times with different agents over a span of two years. I realize that the market was different then but James had a professional photographer come and take pictures that made the difference. We had over 50 showings in the initial 3 weeks and sold the house shortly thereafter. He also did a great job negotiating the price down for our new house that we bought from a builder.

Hands down James Hook is THE most professional real estate agent out there. I am a very picky person and had a lot on my wish list. James fulfilled all of those things and put up with my antics!
