I Started in the US Army from 1987 to 1995 doing a lot serving our great country. When I entered into the civilian world I became a seller and realized what I most liked was helping people solve problems. I Enjoy making people happy with getting them the best result. He called me within the hour. One of the first things he established with my husband and I were what was important to us with a lake house...dock, pool, community, land, views. Made it clear that he wanted to understand what was important to us and get a feel for our budget. He was then able to put together a nice selection of homes to look at to make the most of our Saturday. Much to our surprise, he added in a home that had just come on the market and my husband and I and family fell in love with it and knew we had found our new home!!! Jim was great throughout the whole process always available by phone and email (even on his vacation!). No pressure ever throughout the process. He found us local subcontractors to address a few issues as well. Professional and friendly from start to finish!! Even invited us to his family Hoot Ho-Down!!! This is our 6th house between my husband and I and Jim is a top-notch realtor! Well done Jim!!
