He handled all of our paperwork immediately, and we got the house the very next day. We also wanted to do improvements on the house, which as our mediator with the landlord until possession, we had to go through James for approvals. He got back to us immediately on all approvals, and we were able to make the improvements before we moved in. He was genuine and honest. Very helpful.
