I knew James through the Valley City Area Chamber of Commerce, so when it was time to put our house on the market, James is who I went to. He was very helpful and the house was sold much sooner than we had expected. We had moved out of state, but James made the process very easy for us. Thank you James!

James is the perfect mix of professional, friendly and has a great sense of humor. He loves the community of Valley City and has a great deal of knowledge about the area. He knew type of house our family needed, and spent over a year keeping his eyes open and scheduling appointments for us to see houses until we found the right one.
