Jim is currently Co Team Leader of the DMK Realty Group @ Douglas Elliman. Over the past 5 years Jim has sold over $150,000,000 in local real-estate transactions. Jim’s passion grows from his love of establishing relationships and helping people with what is probably one of the most important decisions of their lives – buying and selling a home. Good communication is the key to every successful sale and Jim thrives on managing the entire buying & selling process for his clients – ensuring they are informed at every step. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and is a certified Luxury Home Specialist. Jim lives on Snell Isle with his wife Michele, and son Luca and also enjoys running, bike riding, coaching his son’s football team, and experiencing all the wonderful things St. Petersburg has to offer, including St. Pete real estate!
