James is very efficient and gets right down to business. He did the impossible (or so I would have thought) which was renting a place in not the best neighborhood in the middle of the winter. Even since then I trust him completely to find me tenants whenever a vacancy opens up. He hasn't let me down yet!

James is outstanding. He is highly knowledgeable, goes above and beyond (provided is lists of great contractors, set up appointments for us with great contractors, inspectors, is well connected) and made the closing process absolutely seamless. I look forward to working with him in the future.

During the inspection process he suggested a specific inspection that was not mentioned to us by a previous realtor, and it ended up finding an issue we were able to address with the seller. He had some good suggestions on how to make as competitive an offer as possible while not overshooting what we were willing to offer. James also was responsive and willing to answer any questions.
