James was born and raised in Greenwich, Connecticut where he attended the Greenwich Public Schools through high school. His father is a local home renovation contractor who allowed him to gain a large amount of experience and personal knowledge in home design and renovation. This effectively allowed James to gain a deeper understanding of not only how homes are built, but also what is feasible versus what isn’t feasible when it comes to renovations. James went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Bryant University. In college he concentrated in Global Supply Chain Management with minors in Finance and Environmental Science, graduating with Magna Cum Laude. This core knowledge provides him with immense understanding around the basics of supply and demand in addition to financials within Real Estate transactions.
