He goes above and beyond to make your dream come true, keeping you updated at each step and giving sound advice. I cannot recommend him highly enough. 5 stars isn't enough to show how completely happy we were using James as our Agent.

James was a great help in getting my townhouse sold quickly. It was located in Franklin Township (Somerset) NJ. He was also very helpful throughout the entire process ensuring inspections were on track, and even went out of his way to pick up smoke/carbon dioxide detectors, and fire extinguisher to help pass Fire Inspection. It was an ease to have him on my side, and help transmit any issues that came up to buyers side. Most all forms were signed electronically making the processes a breeze. I would highly recommend him as a part of the painful selling/buying process!
