James Brooks

Good Evening Mr. Brooks: Simply a short note to update you on my situation; I had said I would. I moved into my little house in old Lancaster about a month ago. I was referred to my landlord by one of the caseworkers down there at the VA. A nice fellow. The house is not lavish in any respect, but it's fine for my needs: a roof over my head, yard for my dog and cat, gas, electricity and indoor plumbing, and it's in an older neighborhood of similar houses. My neighbors are very nice and friendly and welcoming. It was certainly rough moving out of the house where I'd spent so many years caring for my friend...lots of memories there. But now on to a new and different chapter in my life. Mr. Brooks, I will remember all of your help and I genuinely thank you for it; I wish you the very best in your future endeavors and, God's Speed. Jerry James

Dear Mr. Brooks,It is a pleasure to write and thank you for your excellent service. You went over and above to help me find the perfect house in the ideal location and within my price range. I will recommend you without hesitation to anyone seeking to buy or rent a house. I appreciate all that you did and I am truly happy in my new home.Sincerely, Akua Furlow
