I've bought and sold roughly a dozen homes over the years. James Land is hands down, the best realtor I've ever interacted with. James Land, such a blessing! I knew nothing about how any of the buying and selling of homes worked. James was patient with us for over a year while we looked for our new home. James showed any and every house we wanted to look at and most on the same day we asked to see them. We even went to a showing on new years day while it was snowing. He listed our house just right and we had 6 offers in the first 3 weeks. His guidance and knowledge through the purchase of our new home was pivotal.
