I have been an avid investor since 1986 when I purchased my first property and have been buying and selling properties ever since then. I have bought foreclosures, short sales and just about every other type of property.I have been a Florida resident since 1979 and grew up in NJ before heading to college at Florida Atlantic University where I majored in Finance and Real Estate. I specialize in waterfront living here in Jupiter Florida and the surrounding areas. I have lived here in Jupiter since 1997 and have seen the growth of Jupiter and the surrounding areas. Jupiter has done a great job in controlling growth which has given Jupiter a small town feel.
