James is a trustworthy, personable realtor who has the customer in mind. He is an expert in his field, and is a great help guiding the buyer and/or seller through the process, whether you are a first timer (as we were when we used him over 10 years ago) or a repeat client as we sold and bought our new home. He makes excellent observations about homes (i.e., as you look at basic things like room size, he will point out things that don't always come to the buyer's mind, like sun exposure, or the price per square foot of the home.) He is a master at guiding you toward your own opinions about each home, without ever pushing his own on you. He was always available and ready, and extremely helpful during the inspection process, again bringing up questions that aren't always obvious to the average homebuyer, but were pertinent and obvious to a seasoned realtor such as James. In selling our home, James bent over backward and always made us feel like the only client he had at the time (even though I KNOW there were others!) I always felt as if we were the priority, and everything he did for us had the utmost detail correct and was always first class. I would highly recommend James as a realtor in buying or selling a home."
