Team Melendy did an AMAZING job with staging and placing our old home on the market. It sold within 24hrs! They used an excellent picture/film crew and their marketing strategy was unparalleled to other realtors out there. They were persistent with getting us top dollar for our sell and a fantastic price with our buy. They knew EXACTLY what we were looking for and got us our dream home in the location we wanted. They followed through on their word and made things happen that we thought were impossible. I would definitely use them again, however I don’t ever foresee us moving from our desert mountain oasis....like ever... :) So for now, all we can do is recommend them to all our friends and family! We just purchased our first home and James was our realtor. James is professional during our phone conversations and in person, but at the same time is personable. When we were stressed about an issue and buying a home for the first time was very stressful James would make sure no matter what time or day he would explain or help us understand what was going on. I called James a lot with question or frustration and by the time our conversation was over my stress and frustrations were gone. To make a long story short, if or when we decide in the future to buy again we will definitely be calling James.

Jim and Jodi were recommended by our friends and they have stayed on top of everything throughout the process. Most people say "You can call me anytime", but Jim really did answer, day or night to answer any questions we may have come up with and they were very patient with all of our questions and if they did not know the answer, they would look into it and get us an answer right away.

I have relocated a hand full of times in recent years buying and selling each time. I have had some good, some not so good realtors. I have to say that working with James and Jodi has been my best experience yet. We met them at an open house, along with a dozen others. They stood out by their commitment to listen and follow up ( appropriately and never obnoxiously like some others). They took the time to truly understand what we wanted, answered all our questions, and kept me calm during the process.
