James has been immersed in the real estate industry since childhood. Growing up with his dad as a Realtor, James learned the ropes first hand, assisting his father with the family’s property investment business. Since 2006, James has owned and managed many types of real estate and has enjoyed different aspects of the industry including: marketing and leasing vacancies, conducting property inspections, management, and contract negotiations. It was a natural step when he decided to become a real estate agent taking his years of experience in assisting others achieve their real estate dreams.
