James Oster

Being licensed in Illinois and Indiana I belong to the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors and MORE, and the local Greater NW Indiana Association of Realtors. I have been actively involved in rehabbing properties, with areas of expertise including working with buyers and sellers in the south suburbs, Chicago, and Northwest Indiana. In addition to being the Broker Manager of the most successful company in the area, I enjoy participating in many marathons each year, most for charitable organizations. I have run over 17 of them in various places around the country. I have successfully completed 11 Chicago Marathons and the Boston Marathon in April of 2011.
