I recently reached out to Coldwell Banker on Glades Rd in Boca Raton to list the sale of my residence. I had received some good recommendations about this office. I was hooked up with James (Jim) Pember, one of their agents. Jim took charge of the sale immediately,giving me excellent advice and assistance preparing the house for the sale. As a result, the house was prepped, listed on the MLS and sold in a period of less than 5 weeks. I consider myself very fortunate to have had Jim Pember as my agent simply because I couldnt have gotten better service and results anywhere else. I would highly recommend Jims services to anyone else who is looking for a real estate agent that they can trust and can get the results that they are looking for.

Simply put...if you want someone that's going to work extremely hard for you and not stop until your happy then call Jim. He was extremely honest and upfront with everything. He has a general contractor background which was huge in deciding which houses to go for. He worked extremely hard in getting the best price for me and I could not be happier.

Jim Pember is the best. I found a home on the internet that I loved but could not establish communications with the listing agent.
