Jim Rosenfeld

A second-generation Houstonian, Jim Rosenfeld acquired a passion and enthusiasm for all aspects of real estate very early in life. Jim was raised in Sharpstown Country Club Estates. He remembers admiring the grand old homes in his grandparents' Montrose neighborhood and fondly recalls attending open houses and exploring new construction homes with his mother. As a student at the University of Texas, he assisted his parents in building one of the first custom homes in one of Houston’s first master planned communities, Sugar Creek (Sugar Land). After graduation from UT with a BBA in finance, Jim became a trust officer at the headquarters of First City National Bank in downtown Houston.
