James assisted my wife and I in two transactions and he exceeded our expectations in both. Originally, we hired James to negotiate the purchase of a new home and to sell our then-existing home. James proposed we put some consideration into renting out our then-existing home rather than sell it. We did our due diligence and based on and thanks to that suggestion, we listed our home for rent.Rental Process: James walked us through the process, assisted us on pricing, staging, and photography in order to best represent our home to potential tenants. Having several rental properties of his own, his advice and experience on tenant selection was instrumental. Our home rented within 3 weeks (tenants moved in the day after we moved out). Home Purchase Process:With the internet it is relatively easy for anyone to search for a home. We found a home of interest above our targeted price range. The home required some repairs and updates, so we felt there would be room to negotiate. In our opinion, the negotiation process is where your agent (broker in this case) earns their money. I do not believe this is an appropriate forum to go into too much detail, so I'll just comment that my wife and I were very satisfied with the negotiated purchase price and that James made the entire process easy on us. We were thankful for James's services and he will be our first choice for future services

James just sold my house for over 1/2 Million! He has helped me buy and sell 6 times. I tried to use another realtor and she was unresponsive and no action. Switched to James and sold it in 2weeks!
