James Tan

I used a realtor, Rosanna Mao, that was under James Tan for her first sale and it was of my home. She didn't do her job and said the things I wanted fixed under the addendum were complete at time of sale, I am a nurse and single mom to 5 kids and was working a COVID job, trusting they were doing their job and I got screwed over. I moved into a home that the a/c was broken/not efficient and no heater as well as some electrical issues that were never checked out. James Tan and Rosanna Mao take no responsibility and James suggests I close the vents to most rooms to get efficient air flow. I have spent $20K on their mistakes and even the seller pitched in because I was screwed over and the broker, James Tan is offering a very small amount that doesn't even pay the attorney fee's, that I had to get to get them to take some responsibility, after they made $39,600 off of the sale and purchase from me in a months time. They have not helped and just went on with the next sale. They just wanted money and didn't even conduct business honestly. BEWARE!!! there are plenty other realtors and brokers out there.
