Beginning in the real estate business in 1981, James would go on to co-found Charter One Realty (now the number one real estate brokerage in the Lowcountry). Helping serve buyers and sellers throughout the Lowcountry, James leads the Wedgeworth Team with local insight and unmistakable charm.
It is James’ commitment to client care, building relationships, and market knowledge that drives the Wedgeworth Team forward. Along with his wife Jane, James is fond of the Lowcountry lifestyle and all that it provides.
Blessed with four children and ten grandchildren, James and Jane see Hilton Head as the perfect place to call their own.
